Dexter is a hard one. Ummmm....
Dexter is relieved that Rita already has children, because if they stay together maybe probably hopefully she won't want any more and he does *not* want to contribute to the gene pool.
Dexter does not like white noise or background music.
Dexter maintains a ridiculous level of dental hygiene because he cannot shift the irrational-yet-stubborn fear that anyone who can pry his mouth open and look at his teeth and tongue will see the truth.
