A reminder: [livejournal.com profile] sithdragn took a bunch of zines for the UNCLE lending library, so if you don't see what you're looking for here, it may well have made its way to the incipient libes.

All of these are available for the cost of shipping and packaging. You call them, I confirm via email and get your shipping address, I ship, I email with cost, you send check or use PayPal (but NOT credit cards through PayPal).

Strike-through means it's taken. Good luck!

And after this, I will stop posting tonight.

Merryish says, here, that if she'd borne a child the year she got into fandom, that child would now be entering the third grade. This was in response to her reading an lj post which says "back in the day, in 2001, fandom was less fractured / simpler / etc." At which we both laughed heartily.

Folks, if I'd borne a child the year I first participated in organized fandom? That child would have graduated college this past spring. And many of my friends in fandom would (and might) have kids who could drive a truck full of dynamite. A few would (or might) have kids who could legally run for President of the United States.

So, when confronted with "Oh, man, three years ago, fandom was so *different*", I am torn between the desire to shrug and laugh, and the desire to beat people up for having no perspective.

Hm. Which will it be...
