I'm Mad as Hell

and I'm not gonna take it anymore!

At my university (and I'm sure at many of yours), the night before finals week began, we had a 9 pm Primal Scream. All the students would lean out of dorm windows or walk out of the library into the plaza and simply shriek their guts out. It was cathartic, and unifying, and a good excuse to quit studying for a few minutes and get a sandwich.

Al Franken is organizing a national primal scream, to take place when George Bush accepts the nomination.
