So, not that I had any real Pope Hope going into this thing, but Cardinal Ratzinger, now Pope Benedictine the 16th, Was a member of the Hitler Youth.

And now I can reference my Swing Kids post and say: "Hitler Youth by day, Holy See by night - it's the best of both worlds!"

(Okay, okay. In fairness, the guy joined because it was compulsory. Still. Hitler Youth Pope! Check it!)
