Due South Seasons 1&2 - how would you pimp?

So, let's say, hypothetically, that I'm having some friends over and I might want to show them some of Due South season 1 & 2 during an otherwise occupied weekend. I want to show great character work and dialog, and I don't have time to do all 44 episodes. Which would you show, which would you skip, and what would you say to fill your guests in on what they missed in the ones you skip? There's just no way to show everything - but there's so much good stuff!
