Your Lazy Sunday movie musicals trivia challenge

killabeez and I made a vid a while ago called "Puttin' on the Ritz". In order to make it, we needed to go through lots and lots of musicals on film. So we did a whole bunch of Netflixing, and we also used the three movie-musical compilations "That's Entertainment!" 1, 2, and 3.

Now we're going back over the vid and trying to remember where the hell all of the clips are from. There are seventy clips in the vid; and we're pretty sure we have identified all but four - and in three of the four we can name the performer but not the source.
