And then, fandom asploded
Apr. 28th, 2008 02:53 pmI don't remember if I've posted about this or not, but Philip Glenister's new project is a six-episode tv series called The Last Van Helsing, which is in the can and supposed to air later this year. (Brief article with photos from The Daily Mail here.) IMDB says he's in all six episodes.
( Premise, as though the title doesn't half explain already: )
So here's where 2+2 made OMG. I had never heard of the young man playing the lead, and so his name immediately slipped from my memory.
His name, it turns out, is Christian Cooke, and while I personally wouldn't consider the following info spoilerly, I will put it under the cut so I can remain in better-safe-than-sorry-land.
( He is currently on a fannish tv series as a secondary character in an episode which you may or may not have seen yet, depending upon several variants. )
ETA: A promo shot from this month's SFX Magazine which gives nothing away except that Philip Glenister is a tall drink of water.
EATA: When you turn a tall drink of water on its side, do you get a long drink of water? Or is there a better phrase? And if not, can anyone think of one?
