There is a Harry Potter RPG community on InsaneJournal, created in March, called kristallnacht. The FAQ says that they've *done their research*, --

2) I think "I'm sorry you're offended" is one of the more weaselly phrases ever to come about. "I'm not sorry for what I did, but I'll use the word 'sorry' to make it sound like an apology, while putting the blame for the discussion all on you."
