See, they blew Mycroft out of the water when we met House's parents, because House said he was an only child. Foolish writers. I was hoping House had an older brother (or sister!) who was even smarter and more obnoxious than he. Sigh.

My guess is Stacy can represent Irene, but you'll note in the pilot the patient's name is Rebecca Adler.
