"WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Howard Dean won the most votes in an online primary among the nine Democratic presidential contenders, but he failed to win a majority of votes -- meaning the liberal advocacy group that sponsored the contest won't endorse anyone at this time.
MoveOn.org, announced the results Friday. A total of 317,639 votes were cast. Dean, the former governor of Vermont, received 139,360 votes or about 44 percent of the total. He was followed by Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio, who won about 24 percent of the vote and Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, who won about 16 percent of the vote."
