From cnn.com -

"WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Howard Dean won the most votes in an online primary among the nine Democratic presidential contenders, but he failed to win a majority of votes -- meaning the liberal advocacy group that sponsored the contest won't endorse anyone at this time.

MoveOn.org, announced the results Friday. A total of 317,639 votes were cast. Dean, the former governor of Vermont, received 139,360 votes or about 44 percent of the total. He was followed by Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio, who won about 24 percent of the vote and Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, who won about 16 percent of the vote."

It's a start! Remember to contribute!

Saw him at a rally this morning. He's got:

  • the brains to speak intelligently on a wide number of topics,

  • the balls to call Bush on his bullshit and act like a fucking Democrat instead of being a weaselly, mealy-mouthed "me-too-not-as-much" type like the rest of the party

  • the charisma to get you to listen closely, and

  • the snarkiness to fight.

I shook his hand, and told him, "You kick his butt. You let him have it."

"Oh, I will!"

Already contributed a bunch of money, time, and enthusiasm, and I'm only working harder with San Diego 4 Dean (http://www.sd4dean.org/) as the primary gets closer. I want that SOB in the White House!
