Adobe Illustrator HALP!

tzikehThis, I'm dead certain, is a task that would be very easy for someone who knows how to use Illustrator. I am not that person.
I want to create a comic-book-like speech bubble. A rectangle with rounded corners, plus the little triangle-like thingy to point to the person who is speaking.
HALP!
