Happy New Year's Day, everyone! And happy 19-Days-Til-Inauguration, my fellow Dems!
My one resolution for 2009 (though if it goes well I may add a mid-year resolution too): One Hundred Push Ups. The plan is simple, the bar is low (can you do ten push ups? How about one push up? No? How about one half-push up? Great, let's start there!), and a few minutes three times a week is not much of a commitment for a nice return on investment.
Wish me luck (or, hey, join me!) -- I start tomorrow!

Date: 2009-01-01 10:11 pm (UTC)100 push ups is a great program, but it's pretty tough and ambitious timing-wise. I was half-way through when I fell off the bandwagon over Christmas (oops), but when I WAS doing it I found it very helpful to repeat individual days if I struggled on that day's workout (rather than repeating whole weeks, like it recommends). But it really is amazing to see how quickly you improve. Good luck!
