The character of Diana Lancing, Peter Burke's Probationary Agent from the White Collar pilot, will return for Season 2!

Marsha Thomason, who played Lancing in the pilot, had scheduling conflicts that kept her from continuing with White Collar once it was picked up. Lucky for all White Collar fans, the awesomeness that is Diana returns for the season finale (airing March 9th) and will be a regular in Season 2.

What this means for Natalie Morales, I don't know. She's a fan favorite from her role on Middleman, but her talent's been wasted in a thankless role on White Collar. We shall see, I suppose.

Hurrah for my favorite English/Jamaican actress with a flawless American accent returning to play my favorite African-American lesbian FBI agent!

NEAL: "Thought the FBI had a policy."
