I don't know about the clip art, but the usual font is Gill Sans (though it can be others) and there is a Keep Calm-O-Matic (http://www.keepcalm-o-matic.co.uk/) that has some of the alternate fonts and images.
I'm just giggling at how it's become a meme across a whole host of fandoms (including Who and "Sherlock").
