My job entails reviewing birth certificates and, yes, "certificates of live birth" on behalf of the feds. I think I'm more qualified than Trump to evaluate the evidence. And my conclusion is that Trump is even more of an asshole than I've long thought him.

To say nothing of Article II, section 1, reading "No Person except a natural born Citizen" - does not mean BORN WITHIN THE US or territories - it means born a citizen.

(Native born citizen is the one that the courts have interpreted to mean born within the territories and states).

Which is to say, Pres. Obama's birth certificate is not the issue, anyway.
