A suggestion to those frustrated by movietickets.com's lack of performance yesterday

Call the corporate office of the theater chain which chose to go with movietickets.com. Whoever made that incredibly bad business decision was sorely uninformed as to what it takes to handle selling tickets on the internet for a high-demand event. They should have chosen TicketMaster or some other company used to uniform nationwide start times for ticket sales to a single event and huge demand.

For those who were looking at attending the Trilogy at an AMC theater, the number is 800-326-2432.

Movietickets.com's business office: 888-440-8457.

And spread those numbers around. The more voices heard, the better.
