Okay, that's just ... wow. All right, it's a long shot, but do you happen to know Kate O'Neill? She used to go by the name "Kaethe." Tall, fairly thin, pretty, I think she was involved either on the tech side or possibly even the production itself. She would have been pretty young then, early twenties.
