Zines et al - more to come

I am going to be shipping out the first bunch of claimed zines tonight, and posting the next list over the weekend. UNCLE is going to remain unlisted for the next short while, as I work out some possibilities so that all of MFU fandom can benefit, rather than just those who happen to catch my announcement first.

Re MFU, is there currently a lending library for MFU zines, like those found for K/S, or Starsky & Hutch, or the old Pros lending library? If so, donating the zines to the library would give wide exposure.

Or - depending on how much time & effort you want to put into things - you could announce the zines, but limit folks to asking for one, maybe two zines. Or you could randomly select among multiple requests for the same zine, after a set period of time to allow folks to learn about the zines (maybe a week?).

MFU has such a good zine tradition that I'm not surprised at the interest, but it's very cheering. Good luck coming up with an equitable solution that isn't too labor intensive.

Oh, a zine lending library would be a wonderful thing! I do a video lending library and there's definitely a market for that. The zine one would be very popular, I'd imagine. Count one vote for a library project! (and if help is needed with such a project, I'm available). :)
