It's finally happened. I've found a slash pair that's worked its way deep into my heart, for first time since Jed/Leo - what, four years ago?

See icon.

So... I've read [livejournal.com profile] musesfool's recs, and I've read [livejournal.com profile] semielliptical's recs, and I've read "Experiments in Moonlight" about 30 times.

Anyone else have anything for me?

And "Experiments in Moonlight", which isn't listed in these places because it's too new, but DAMN -

Guh. I know, I liked the pair from the books, but David Thewlis and Gary Oldman really grabbed me.

*keeps eye on tzikeh's journal for those recs*

Welcome to the party. I brought Rice Crispie Squares!

No recs, alas.

So out of my element here...

The movie's become denied destiny for me (tried to see it -- twice! failed both times!), but I am interested. From what I've heard, these guys may do it for me as well.

In any event, I congratulate you on your new fannish joy, and recommend taking a peek at Hal and at [livejournal.com profile] kestrelsan, who writes beautifully about werewolves and who also has a recs page.

After I marathoned 13 eps of The West Wing last weekend, you've moved on to someone new. :-) Have I mentioned that I LOVE Jed/Leo. I've only got 6 more eps of season 2 to watch!

And now we're in the same fandom but a completely different pairing. I'm all about Snape and Harry.

That said, the first story I ever read in this fandom was 197 Adelaide Street South by Ballyharnon. I liked it a lot. You can find the whole series -- The Linen Series which I've heard is very good -- here:

I have not moved on from Jed/Leo. I will *never* move on from Jed/Leo. I am right there with you. I am ready to chat about it. I am ready to have long involved conversations. You tell me where and when, baby. And YAY, 6 more eps of season 2!

But I love Remus and Sirius now, as well. :)

Excellent. I doubt I'll even give Leo/Jed up, either. God, they are so fabulous together. Can we say French dinner? *shiver*

I'm having my kitchen renovated starting Monday, so beyond the occasional slide through LJ, I have no time to talk to anyone. *sob*

And I *so* want to talk about them. This show is so damned good. In the last ep I watched, Toby was informed of Jed's MS. Wow. You could just *see* his reaction within his reaction.

Anyway, I might get everything done by Friday night or Saturday (God I hope!). I'll see if I can remember to bring up the AIM thingy and find you!

Bwahahahahahahahaha.

Welcome to the jungle, baby. You do know that Sirius/Remus is just the entry-level drug, right?

Hmmmm. Maybe I shouldn't warn you about that. [innocent whistle]

Sorry; I've never been the advance to the next one type. I like the low-end stuff and I stay there. :)
