Boomtown rerunning on TNT

If you didn't catch NBC's series "Boomtown" this past season, TNT is giving you a chance to catch up by running it on Monday nights at 10 Eastern/9 Central. Their schedule is here. Sadly, I didn't know this until this morning, *after* they ran the pilot (last night). But it is worth tuning in all the same. I highly recommend the show; the performances from the seven main characters are terrific, especially standout Neal McDonough as Assistant District Attorney David McNorris.

My favorite character, though, is Ray (see icon).

It's the cop show for people who don't like cop shows; the detective show for people who don't like detective shows, the law show for people who don't like law shows... and the hook of showing us a single crime from all sides, including the criminal's, is fun and enticing storytelling.

Thanks for the heads up! It's a really good show that I've been wanting to catch up on after the episodes I caught last fall.

especially standout Neal McDonough as Assistant District Attorney David McNorris

He is pretty amazing. He quite regularly freaks me out because of a significant resemblance to a good friend's ex-boyfriend, who's from the Boston area just like the McNorris character. Except that my friend's ex doesn't have those piercing pale blue eyes. ::shiver::

I caught part of the pilot when it ran but just after I got into it, Tivo flipped to catch the X-men cartoon. Sigh. It looked great. I think I need to rearrange my season passes again.
