Birthday-type post

tzikehCaveat Lector – I know there are lots of folks who think the “It’s my birthday, here’s what I’d like” posts are shameless. That’s cool. For my own part, I like to see my friends post about what they’d enjoy for their birthdays, and I like posting mine. There’s absolutely no pressure to do anything or buy anything for me, just as I feel no pressure to do/buy for others when I see these kinds of posts. But I find that it’s easier, if I want to do something for someone's birthday, to know what would be appreciated.
My birthday is coming up on May 31. The past 18 months have kinda sucked (a long story for another post, at some point), so any and all drabbles, double-drabbles, 40,000 word stories (or, you know, 30,000 - whatever) are welcome on that day, as well as dirty jokes, warm hugs, llamas, smiles, good wishes, heroin-flavored lip balm (*waves at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
flambeau - I still have the vanilla!*), or any other various and sundry fan-type gifts.
