And you know? BSG is a show that would go all-out on a sex scene with middle-aged people - the BSG staff has no fear. Roslin and Adama would be *naked* and *sweaty* and having *SEX*, dammit. You never see that on tv - older people "cuddle". Which is fine, if it's AFTER SEX. Or at the end of a long day, BEFORE SEX.
I should hope we do, but I'm concerned about this burgeoning friendship with Zarek. I mean, I am appreciating the character more and more, but... but... ADAMA!
Tangent - there's a Roslin icon out there of her in her raglan sweater standing outside the tentflap of the school with the Dar Williams lyrics "this was Pompeii" on it. It always brings a lump to my throat. So appropriate.
Yeah, Roslin-Zarek would squick me a little, I have to say. But OTOH, I wouldn't blame her for taking comfort where she can get it -- not at this stage.
