If it's anything like Wisconsin, the latter. We had to thaw our ice cream cake a bit last night. But at least it doesn't make a mess when you leave it in your car all day.
Is -8 considered too cold to snow? Too cold to snow -- just think on that a minute. Yeah, I remember those days. I could always tell when it was *really* cold, because my nose hairs froze together. Eeep.
