So, shrift and I spent pretty much the whole episode shouting the title at everyone on the screen. RUN!!! RUN, HEROES, RUN!!! And no no no no no Suresh and Sylar NOOOOOOO!!! OMG this is SO UNBELIEVABLY NOT GOOD. Everything about this episode was RUN!!!

shrift would like to know if anyone who watched tonight didn't spend the entire episode alternately shouting RUUUUNNNN!!! at the screen and squeaking incoherently. And if you didn't, how did you manage *not* to?!
