A variation on the Skippy's List theme:

Things Battlestar Galactica fanfiction writers are not allowed to include in their stories (and no, I have not made any of these up):

1) a character quoting Robert Frost
2) a character listening to a recording of "Nessun Dorma"
3) a character referencing a famous Shakespeare quote
* even if Ron Moore did it first
4) Starbuck saying "Get out of town!", unless she is threatening someone, and actually means "get out of town".
5) a character using a phrase coined on the TWOP boards
6) a character can look up a word in a thesaurus, but not in Roget's Thesaurus

More as I find them, which I undoubtedly will.
