Y'know, my respect for Tim Kring is definitely going up. Okay, to be honest, I never really followed his shows before, other than just to watch something, but the fact that he not only has his eye on public opinion, but is going to do something about it is pretty cool.

I mean, with SGA, and the character that was bumped off just to get a ratings hike, I doubt it was something that needed to happen, and the only way the show would bring back the character -- even for two episodes -- was if the fans themselves got TV coverage out of their save-our-character campaign.

I like that Tim is willing to listen to fans, and that he's paying attention to the fans, even if the story itself is suffering a little.

That said, S2 of Heroes is going to end in December? Or is it just that there's two volumes in each season?

Also, I'm hoping that Tim will also realize there's a helluva lot of Heroes to keep track of! And he's proposing with the mini-series to introduce another one based on fan votes. O_O

I find that article REALLY TROUBLING, and here's why: as of last night, the show looked well on the way to righting itself. And that episode would've been written long before the changes TK describes here. I am all for fixing problems, but I am not for flailing. That said, I do like Kring's attitude.
