Satan -- Wrong / Bad / Hot / Other?

So, last night's Reaper.

Satan repeatedly fondling Sam's earlobe was wrong and bad and *hot*. In a creepy way. They seem to be... getting along? And why is Satan so interested in Sam's love life? And the homosexual reference and the "never been in love" and the way Satan changed the song on the jukebox and looked all regretful and... Yeah, okay, I assume we're going to find out he *has* been in love, but....

OMG WRONG / HOT / BAD TOUCH

And in conclusion, as the kids are saying today -- Ray Wise, ladies and gentlemen. Ray fuckin' Wise. And his suit.

OMG! When he started talking earlobes, I was thinking OMG He's going to TOUCH Sam! and then he *DID* and Sam did not PULL AWAY *SHRIEKING*.

Reaper hits my embarrasment squick button so hard at times, that I usually watch it while knitting or some such stuff. In other words, I was busy sewing together a sleeve and missed the OMG WRONG / HOT / BAD fondling of Sam's earlobe. Whaaaaa! Gotta go back and watch that again.

Sam's developing relationship with Satan is the best thing about the show for me. And he's slowly getting the hang of him, too.

Though I'm still pissed that they didn't include Andy in the soul hunting posse. She would kick ass.

He does the fondling more than once. And... I have a theory about Andi, and why she's not part of the posse. Well, two theories, actually.

My theory is that the show is made for 15 to 20 year old boys and they don't want the icky girls spoiling their fun, but if you have a story theory I'm all ears. *makes attentive eyes at you*

Two theories:

1) She has also been sold to Devil, but the contract hasn't been activated yet, and Satan would be in violation of the contract should she get involved;

2) Andi's dad died two years ago, Satan (I'm pretty sure after the end of Tuesday's episode) *was* in love with someone at some point... something's going on there.

Satan keeps trying to tempt Sam in every hedonistic and selfish way possible. I'm pretty sure there's something in the contract that says Sam is released from service at a certain point if he manages to remain a nice guy or something like that. Since Sam can't read Latin I'm also assuming that it's going to be a soul who gives him the info, not his dad, since his dad likes burning pages from the contract. Or maybe another Reaper. It seems like the Devil has a lot of employees. One of them is probably a really hot chick who's going to have to team up with Sam to catch some particular nasties at some point.

Maybe one day we'll get to see the Devil in a hot tub :D
