tzikehI'm gonna change my friends list over the next few days.
Two quick points:
1) "friends" list is a misnomer; and
2) "un-friending" should not be construed as anything other than oy, too much to read, not enough time, no patience for filters.
There are people I genuinely consider my friends whose journals are mostly about fandoms I'm not in; my removal of their ljs from my reading list isn't about the state of our friendships -- it's just about my interests. Conversely, there are people I don't even know with journals that fascinate me - I wouldn't call them my friends, but I will put them on my reading list.
So - feel free to remove me from your reading list if you like - in fact, you should *always* feel free to remove me from your reading list if you like. ;)
