New Gallup poll shows that 71% of Americans want an investigation into Former President Bush and his Administration's activities.

Respondents were asked about investigations into the Bush Administration's use of torture, warrantless wiretaps, and politically motivated firings within the Justice Department.

Just yesterday, the ACLU got its hands on a smoking-gun memo [that] informed [former Sec'y of Defense Donald] Rumsfeld that those he’d tasked with beating information out of suspected terrorists had not just tortured them, but tortured some of them to death. In other words, they murdered them. Here's the document (PDF file).

Hell, Obama won by 53% to McCain's 46%. So, that is a significant amount of pissed-off Republicans.

Wow, that memo... just... I can't say it's unbelievable, sadly, but it's unconscionable. The whole administration should be brought up on charges!!
