Not looks-wise. If I'm looking at one of them there's no issue. My brain has somehow categorised them similarly and I often have trouble remembering which one of them was in certain movies (not Spider-Man or Brokeback Mountain, though *g*). I have been known to refer to Jake Gyllenhaal as "the one who's not Tobey Maguire" and vice versa.
