Of the good: I get to write my final paper in Mass Media and Communication on both the internal and external themes of Mad Men.

Of the meh: I don't think I'm going to do particularly well in my Educational Psychology class. Mostly this pisses me off because, according to every single public-high-school teacher I've ever asked, NOTHING I learn in this class will ever come up again.

Of the kill me: After watching a 90-minute Bill Moyers documentary on net neutrality, that went into pretty specific detail and interviewed several major players involved in the issue, the professor asked if there were any questions about anything in the piece, and a young woman at the back of the room said, "Can you explain what net neutrality is? I mean, what is it?"

I cannot make this shit up, folks.

Granted, I have said more embarrassing things in classrooms but, at least that was in high school.
