help for a friend in Fort Wayne?

A friend of mine who lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana is looking for a good therapist. She's tried three already, and has found them to be somewhat... lacking. For example: one of them asked her, in all sincerity, what she did to bring about the sexual abuse she suffered. No, this is not one of my funny, funny jokes.

Can anyone recommend a good therapist or three in Fort Wayne, or know someone in Fort Wayne who is in therapy, or have a therapist who might have a colleague there? Sliding scale would be great, good at treating people who have been sexually abused also great, but at this point, a decent damned therapist is all she asks.
