I have some thoughts:

1. If that little gutter by them is the body of water they're about to be tossed in, I think the Bad Guy needs to plan a little better. <--- I know it's not but it was a fun thought.

2. Does Peter have a bruise on his forehead? Poor baby. He needs Neal and then El to make it better. ...And Alex.

3. Speaking of Alex, while I realize she is in danger of being murdered, I gotta say I find her outfit totally awesome. I wish I could wear pants like that. Also, her shoulders are really attractive.

4. Zip ties? Really? I realize they are effective but it feels a little lazy on the part of the Bad Guy.

I think this episode looks like it could be either really, really excellent or really, really awful. We shall see.

Law enforcement uses zip ties far more often than cuffs, nowadays. Faster, more accurately fit, and easier to carry multiples.
