Possible Donnie Darko re-release - and BUNNY!

Richard Kelly, the writer/director of Donnie Darko, is in negotiations with Newmarket Film Group to re-release the film next March, including more pop music removed since it was shown at Sundance, and, more importantly it will be a Director's Cut. He claimed it may include stuff not available on the DVD. He did not specify how wide it will be distributed.

And that McFarlane Toys is working on a Frank the Bunny doll.

I'll admit it. I was scared of the bunny.

Is the ending going to be better? I felt it was missing something. Perhaps a scene of a Frank the Bunny doll being squashed by a big rig on the highway. Just a thought.
