Check out: http://www.smallvillenewsandinformation.cjb.net - which says it's one of the "original" Smallville fansites, yet uses wallpaper, layout, design, and code stolen directly from http://www.allison-mack.com/ and from http://www.loony-archivist.com/smallville - taraljc's Smallville websites which have been up far longer. The thief's website FAQ also says he uses Notepad to create his site. guffaws HARDLY.
