Facts about me:

I'm 30 years old.

My longest relationship was with a British guy and we lived in Edinburgh together for one year. My feelings about him adn that time are...let's say, conflicting.

I'm such a dog person that it's silly. I tend to get just fanatically happy when I see a dog on the streets. *shakes head*

I like trying out different sorts of food, foreign food, exotic food.

I was bullied in school from the age of 6 to (more or less) 15.
Something that I still have to go in therapy about...

My family has had two Airedale terriers, the second which I loved to bits, Bessie. *smiles softly*

I'm crazy about 80's music.

I learned to read when I was about 4 due to my mother and a Swedish television show called Five ants are more than four elephants .

I've always loved science fiction and fantasy. As a child I used to sneak into the adult (not that adult!) section of the library and borrow the science fiction books that were marked with a yellow circle. I read so many books when I was young and I can't remember them or what they even were about. I think I read faster than I was supposed to. *grins*

Foodstuff I like: broccoli, prawns/shrimps, garlic, onions, roasted and salted sunflower seeds, sushi.

I trained karate for a while and I still dream about it...and I really want to do it again when I've lost some more weight and am in better shape.

I'm unhealthily fanatic about languages.
I also dream that I can talk languages that I can't really talk.
