Good news, and great icon!

Hey, did you get my attempts to IM you over the weekend?

For some reason, I know not which, AIM will not load. I therefore got myself on ICQ, and though I could see when you were online and send messages to you, nothing happened. Grrr. Argh.

AIM has been buggered for a week.

Sometimes it work. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it works when you IM some people but not others.

Annoying, that.

I'm starting to think AOL in general is having some huge, systemic problem. My own difficulties proved to be modem-related, not AOL-related, but even before that I was having severe e-mail problems -- and the one thing that AOL always did well was e-mail. Now AIM, which is part of their network. What is with this place?

You know, I'm a big doof.

I only just processed that my dog's name is the same as the QL computer. I kept remembering the little cartoon, but not the computer.

Huh.

You know, I can't say I need or want all of the series on DVD, but there are definitely episodes that I want pretty damned badly. "The Leap Home" (both parts), "MIA" (which I think has the most beautiful, painful, and truthful endings of a tv episode I've ever seen--and I'll never forgive the finale for fucking with it), the one where Sam's in the asylum and all these past leapees come to the fore.
