One of the places Queer Eye for the Straight Guy went in this week's episode was La Maison du Chocolat - which is my favorite chocolateur in the world. Seriously - nothing else even comes in a close second. This is the place. My favorite part of their website is that you can select a particular chocolate assortment and click on "discover the assortment" - which gives you an interactive Flash animation with clickable chocolates, each one giving you a description of the ingredients and sometimes why it's called what it is.

Eh, for my money Richart's filled chocolates -- caramel, raspberry and hazelnut ganache -- are superior, though the mint infused Maison du Chocolat is indeed hard to beat.
