A rant about people who do my RL job and fuck with my fannish life concurrently!

You know, just gonna bitch here for a moment about tv network websites. They are often gorgeous, easy to navigate, fun, informative, full of good pictures, and plenty of contact info for "your favorite shows" yadda yadda yadda. But you know what a *lot* of them lack?

Anything anywhere that tells you *how to get in touch with the people in charge of the freaking website*.

Like, say a good Samaritan, such as myself, notices that hey, they have a serious problem with something on the site. And I say to myself "Self - you are a television station website person. If something were seriously wrong with your site, you would want someone to email you or call you and tell you, right?" and then I answer myself "Why yes, Self, I would - and that is why you can find the webmaster email under the Contact Us menu on our site."

Stupid. Fucking. Losers.

Likely they fear a deluge of emails the likes of "Can you get me an autographed picture of [fill in the blank]" or "You F%&@ing B*tcas cancelled my favorite show When Survivor Attacks!!!"
